Problem
We order so many things online everyday and get it delivered to our doorstep, But we dont pay much attention to the people delivering it.
There are a lot of problems faced by these agents which we are unaware of. ie: Environental problems, personal problems, Navigation problems in the delivery application, Accuracy of the maps etc.
Aim
The design focus was to find a way to improve the current delivery process by solving issues that may be encountered while on a delivery. One of the main problems the agents faced was the navigation in the app.
The design focused into helping inexperienced delivery agents who worked as “SUPERMARKET ASSISTANTS” improve their efficiency of managing time and delivering orders.
To create an easy to navigate user interface to make it easy for the delivery agents to complete their tasks at ease.

To have a better understanding about the issues, I created personas based on the data from the initial research. I also created and deployed cultural probes to learn about frustrations and work habits of the delivery agents.
